Since the foundation of Mac Panther in 1993, the development and production of customised machines and complete factory systems have been key areas of our company's activities. In 1996, we started our own production of cold-formed parts, which we are constantly expanding at our plant in Bremen. Our portfolio now also includes complex downstream processes. We primarily manufacture mass-produced parts here in three-shift operation.

Thanks to our many years of experience and extensive expertise, we can offer our customers customised solutions – whether for cold forming or special machine construction.

At our production facility at Bremen Airport, we use state-of-the-art machinery, the majority of which we have developed ourselves. This gives interested parties the opportunity to view our special machines in operation at any time.

We believe that Mac Panther is successful as a special machine manufacturer and cold forming expert, because we develop the optimum solution for every task in close co-operation with our customers. In addition to its advantages in terms of high load-bearing capacity, precision and versatility, cold forming is also a very environmentally friendly process, as it causes little material waste and thus minimises the consumption of resources. Similarly, no energy is required to heat the material for the forming process. This significantly minimises the CO₂ footprint of a product.

We view sustainability as a complex corporate issue that guides us in the design of our own processes and all production methods. This requirement is also incorporated into the development of customised machines with the aim of designing production systems that conserve resources as much as possible.

Together with our team and our customers, we constantly endeavour to act in a climate-friendly and environmentally conscious manner.
Our goal is the introduction and certification of the environmental management standard ISO 14001. The company’s own photovoltaic system covers a considerable proportion of our electricity requirements and the company fleet also consists largely of plug-in hybrid or purely electric vehicles.

For us, quality starts with planning. Only those who know exactly what matters when it comes to the result can ensure the right conditions for efficient production. Our quality standards in cold forming and all downstream processes are reproducible, consistently high quality in accordance with our customers’ specifications. This applies to large batch sizes, but also to goods produced repeatedly over time. A team responsible for quality assurance, trained employees, documentation and the latest measuring equipment and measuring devices are essential for our quality standards.

In special machine construction, our top quality features are functionality, operation, efficiency and ease of maintenance.
We prove and increase our own quality standards through our DIN ISO 9001 certification, which we have held for many years and whose standards we verify through regular independent audits at our site.
