Steel wire is the building material for our Bremen-based family business, which was founded in 1993. Since then, we have been using the high-performance cold forming process to mass-produce components and are constantly developing this efficient technology further. The development and construction of special machines and interlinked production systems, including for our own production, are further competencies of our company.
Cold forming is an efficient and environmentally friendly technology that uses work hardening to optimise the material properties such as tensile strength, hardness and deformation resistance of semi-finished products, components and blanks. Thanks to advanced technology, we achieve a throughput of up to 140 forming operations per minute.
